Ajax Foundation offers Fair Play workshops for youth

EFDN member Ajax Foundation will deliver Fair Play workshops for schools during the next school year. The programme targets youth from age 13 to 16 and addresses social issues.

Ajax Foundation uses the power of its brand and the power of football to teach values like respect, tolerance and Fair Play. The goal of the workshops is that the young participants learn to respect each other and contribute with their behaviour to social inclusion. The programme includes sports activities as well as visits of the facilities and the stadium of Ajax. The following video provides an impression of the workshops:

Promoting equal opportunities

AFC Ajax and its Foundation aim to offer disadvantaged kids in (greater) Amsterdam and Cape Town, aged under 19, a better outlook by bringing them closer to achieving their goals. The club and its foundation believe in investing in a society in which all kids have access to equal opportunities when it comes to discovering and developing their talents and enjoying a healthy lifestyle. Ajax and its Foundation support and organise several social initiatives in the areas of sports & health, education and social integration.
