Burnley FC’s Equality and Inclusion 2018/19 Season Review

Burnley FC have shared their Equality and Inclusion 2018/19 Season Review. The document outlines the key achievements of the Club in this area during the 2018/19 season, the headline findings from staff and supporter surveys, the progress made around accessible stadia and the ongoing priorities for the Club within the Equality and Inclusion space.

Burnley Football Club is committed to promoting equality and valuing diversity across our staff, supporters and the wider community. Burnley FC is truly ‘One Club for All’. The mission of the Club is to ensure that everyone feels welcome at their home stadium of Turf Moor and can enjoy football free from discrimination.

Having secured the Premier League Equality Standard Preliminary Level in October 2017, the Club continues to work towards securing the Equality Standard Intermediate Level.

Burnley FC’s stance on discrimination of any kind is one of zero-tolerance. Burnley FC is for everyone and the Clarets will continue to be advocates for equality across the Club, the community and the whole town.
