Chelsea Foundation publish 2017/18 annual report

Chelsea FC has one of world sport’s most comprehensive community programmes, with all their great work detailed in the Chelsea Foundation Annual Report for 2017/18, published earlier this month.

Formed in 2010, the Chelsea Foundation brings together the Football in the community, Education and international departments of the club along with their other charitable and community activities, including anti-discrimination projects and on-going support for past players. As one of the world’s leading football social responsibility programmes, the Chelsea Foundation uses the power of football and sport to motivate, educate and inspire. On top of their outstanding football development programmes, the Chelsea Foundation works on a broad range of initiatives focusing on employment, education, social deprivation, crime reduction, youth offending and much more.

Last month at the 12th EFDN #Morethanfootball Conference at Stamford Bridge the Chelsea Foundation showcased a number of their programmes and initiatives with the slides from their various presentations and workshops available from the EFDN Resources page alongside the various other presentations from the two days.
