INDOOR FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT STAGED AT REDWELL LEISURE CENTRE
To finish the football coaching at the Redwell Centre before the Christmas break, the Northampton Town Community Trust held an indoor football tournament with teams from the Recovery House, The Bridge and Northampton Town Multi-Disabled teams taking part.
The first few matches were played at a frantic pace with commitment very high, while the later matches saw some decent football on display with fantastic sportsmanship being shown by all teams.
The Recovery House teams claimed the top two spots with The Bridge in third place and the Northampton Town disability team in fourth.
The sessions resume after the festive break at the Redwell Leisure Centre in Wellingborough on Monday afternoon’s from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
