Legia Warszawa’s volunteers support senior fans during the pandemic

As part of the #GOTOWIDOPOMOCY campaign, Legia Warszawa’s volunteers have been visiting elderly supporters, delivering them gift bags and food.

The players might be back on the pitch, but that doesn’t mean that Legia Warszawa has forgotten about their senior fans. As part of the #GOTOWIDOPOPOPOMY (Ready to Help) campaign, Legia is taking care of its elderly supporters’ well-being, by delivering gift bags and food parcels.

#GOTOWIDOPOMOID is the first comprehensive aid action in Warsaw, providing real, direct help to seniors during a pandemic. The campaign, which has had a very positive resonance within Warsaw, is promoted by Polish actor Darek Lewandowski, who became a campaign volunteer and delivered meals and groceries.
