Malmö FF joins European Football for Development Network

We are proud to welcome Malmö FF as our new member. The club has a CSR department called “MFF in the community”.

Social responsibility is part of the club’s DNA. Malmö FF has been the forerunner of Swedish football in many aspects like, for example, in establishing youth teams. The club wants to be leading in Scandinavia and a representative of the country in Europe. The mission is to raise strong individuals and to create a long-term winning team on and off the pitch. MFF in the community organises several programmes and actions throughout the year. Community programmes focus on children and young people. Furthermore, the club wants to spread positive values in line with the values of MFF and sports, counteract violence and racism, increase integration between different groups in society and reduce the use of drugs.

EFDN is looking forward to sharing ideas and developing new programmes with Malmö FF. The club wants to expand its network, gain new insights into CSR in European Football and participate in EFDN activities like the Staff Exchanges. Furthermore, Malmö FF plans to host one of the EFDN Conferences in 2021.
