Manchester City Supporters Clubs Donate £40,000 to City in the Community

Manchester City Official Supporters Clubs have demonstrated their ongoing commitment to community initiatives by donating a total of £40,000 to City in the Community (CITC), the Club’s official charity.

The contribution includes £30,000 raised by hundreds of branches worldwide over the past year, presented at the 2024 Official Supporters Club AGM, and an additional £10,000 from the Norway and Denmark Supporters Club in celebration of their 50th anniversary.

These funds will help sustain CITC’s programmes that promote healthier lifestyles for young people through football. Kevin Parker, General Secretary of the Official Supporters Club, praised the enduring partnership, stating: “City in the Community is as much a part of being a City fan as watching the team play, with a history that connects our organisations closely.”

“We are incredibly thankful for this generous donation, which will empower us to continue our work and expand our reach within the community.”

Sam Dainty, CITC’s Head of Fundraising and Partnerships

With over 400 branches globally, Manchester City Supporters Clubs unite fans to celebrate and support the Club while making a positive impact in their communities.
