PSV Supporting Amputation Football

The first training session of PSV Amputation football took place on Wednesday evening with great interest.  At the PSV Foundation Academy, the Dutch national team, Stichting Amputatie Voetbalteam Nederland trained with others who had previously signed up for the sport, which with the support of PSV and PSV Foundation, hopes to get more attention.

National team
The Dutch national football team is for people with amputations who want to play football and train every Sunday morning in Utrecht and every first Wednesday evening of the month at the PSV Foundation Academy in Eindhoven.  Wednesday was the first time that the delegation came together in Eindhoven.  As well as the PSV representatives, there was also a host of Dutch media teams in attendance including Hart van Nederland, Wakker Nederland and Omroep Brabant.
