Top Rating For Evertons Apprenticeship Programme

The Apprenticeship programme of Everton in the Community has been rated as the 2017-18 Best Training Provider within the Liverpool City Region, in terms of learner feedback, following a recent survey published by the government’s education department.

Everton in the Community has been delivering Apprenticeships since 2012 and the results of this year’s ‘Learner Satisfaction Survey’, carried out by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), has seen the Club’s official charity ranked in the top three per cent of training providers nationwide. A total of 605 colleges/private training providers were eligible to participate and each provider’s ‘overall score’ was gauged by collating all learner responses to how likely they were to recommend their course to friends and family. EitC learners surveyed stated that they were ‘extremely likely’ (75 per cent of learners) or ‘likely’ (25 per cent) to recommend Everton Apprenticeships to others.

John Houghton, EitC Apprenticeship and Work Based Learning Manager, said: “Everton Apprenticeships prioritises the level and quality of support given to our learners above all else and we’re delighted that this has been reflected in the survey findings.”
