Vitesse’s Rijnstate hospital visit

There were happy faces from the sick children when the Vitesse players came to visit the kids department at Rijnstate hospital.

It has now become an annual tradition for the Vitesse players and trainers to visit the children department of the Rijnstate hospital. This year Maikel van der Werff, Alexander Büttner, Tim Matavz and trainers Leonid Slutskiy and Oleg Yarovinskiy went to visit the children. As you can see in the video below, a ball had been prepared with some questions which the kids gave to the player of their choice for them to answer. The players also visited the children that could not come out of their rooms because of their injury or illness and gave them some presents. The video below was made for the visit, noting that there are no subtitles.
