Hibernian FC – Football Fans In Training

Football Fans In Training (FFIT) is a special programme developed specifically for male fans aged between 35-65 by the Hibernian Community Foundation.

Consists of 12 week plans and delivered by experienced community coaches, the FFIT programme offers a different physical activity each week. Accompanied are ‘classroom’ sections that will help give participants the necessary nutritional tools to maintain long term change.

The main aims of this programme are to:

  • Increase knowledge of diet & nutrition.
  • Improve lifestyle choices.
  • Increase physical activity amongst participants.
  • Reduce weight and waist measurements.
  • Increase engagement in other physical activity.

Since 2010, over 500 participants have been taking part with FFIT.
