Malmö FF – Career Academy

The Career Academy takes as its starting point the needs of the club’s 400 partner companies and we focus on matching unemployed in Malmö with existing job opportunities. Our target group includes all unemployed men and women, with or without an interest in football and from all parts in Malmö.

Over 220 has got a job thorough the career academy and 400 professionals from our sponsors have invested in career guidance of more than 800 individuals. Over 450 persons have moved on to training and studies.

The concept “Careerday with football” is considered as best practice in Sweden since the programme currently is being scaled throughout Sweden. 9 other professional football clubs have been inspired by the concept and 3 of them are delivering their own version.
