Saints Connect – Saints Foundation

Saints Connect is a referral based project, targeting young men and women aged 11-16 across Southampton. Working with schools, PRUs, a secure children’s home and other relevant agencies, Saints Foundation engages with young people on a reduced timetable or who have been identified as being in need of additional support.

The project provides young people with the opportunity to engage in sport, music and art and to achieve accredited outcomes. The project also works in deprived neighbourhoods of the city, engaging with targeted groups, including young people from BAME communities.

“The pupils are really enjoying these sessions and we can see social skills and behaviour improving for all pupils, in different ways.” Jodie Ryves – Head of Referral Unit – Woodlands Community College
