The first International Congress: Football and Development in Buenos Aires!
Fundación River Plate is thrilled to announce the “1st International Congress of Football for Inclusion and Development” happening in the iconic Estadio Más Monumental of River Plate in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on March 18th and 19th.
Their goal for this International Congress is to create a dynamic space for clubs across Latin America and the rest of the world, whether or not they have a dedicated social responsibility department or foundation, and international organizations working on development issues. It will be a premiere for the continent to explore how football can be a powerful tool for social integration.
Luis Orlandi, international cooperation manager of Fundacion River Plate, held a presentation at our 20th EFDN Conference in Athens on behalf of his organisation. Hubert Rovers, CEO of EFDN, will himself share his FSR experience in a presentation during the International Congress in Buenos Aires and will also be part of a panel discussion.
