Vålerenga Football supporting Radium Hospital in Oslo

On Tuesday morning, Daniel Fredheim Holm, Freddy dos Santos and general manager of the Vålerenga Football Club Foundation, Lars Eirik Eggen, handed over a check of 50,000 NOK (5350 Euro) to the Radium Hospital in Oslo.

Vålerenga Fotball and the Norwegian Radium Hospital are already collaborating since more than 15 years in different ways. Among others, regarding the development of appropriate physiotherapy facilities for the hospital’s patients. In that way, patients shall be provided with the equipment to exercise.

The hospital will use the money, given by the DNB and Valerenga, to create a better life to those children and young people, who are in treatment.

Already since years, Vålerenga’s foundation has been handing out season tickets at the hospital. However, this visit brought along a very different surprise.
