VISIT OF CHILDREN FROM THE CHILDREN’S SHELTER OF LIMASSOL IN APOLLON TRAINING CENTRE

Apollon Limassol FC generously offered love and joy to children of the Limassol Children’s Home, who were hosted a few days before Christmas at the facilities of the Apollon Limassol training centre, as part of a social initiative of the team’s major sponsor, Stoiximan.

The team welcomed home five young children from the Children’s Home, along with their caretaker, in the presence of a representative of Stoiximan. The young guests of the football club were shown around the training centre by the players themselves.

Football players such as Angelo Sagal, Eliel Peretz, Petros Psychas and Giorgos Pontikos warmly welcomed the children, played ball with them and shared their experiences on the pitch and their daily life in the training centre.

The representative of Stoiximan, Onoufrios Sokratous, explained that Stoiximan’s philosophy is to magnify the feelings of giving and love, and that with this initiative, they gave the young children the pleasure of meeting Apollon Limassol’s players, chatting with them, and discovering the training centre of the Greek team.

This visit was a special experience for the footballers themselves, who created a great experience full of moments filled with happiness and excitement to the young visitors.
