Fan Research Jupiler League
In the season 2015/16, the Dutch Football Federation (KNVB) carried out a study, in cooperation with the Jupiler League, in which the Fans of the different clubs, playing in the Jupiler League, were asked questions to various topics as the atmosphere in the stadium, catering, communication, security, facilities and social involvement.
In the 15-page document, various results can be found suggestion, giving an insight on how clubs can reach the needs and wishes of their fans.
