SDG Striker – PILOTS’ EVALUATION REPORT
This report evaluates the impact of a pilot implementation on the sustainability practices of partner federations in football. The aim is to validate the process of improving sustainability practices within these organizations. The evaluation includes benchmarking, in-depth analysis, and validation within the SDG Striker projects. The findings assess the positive impact of the implemented measures on grassroots sports organizations’ sustainability and provide capacity building and communication hooks for specific project phases. The report also highlights the feedback received from the FAs, allowing for improvements in the guidelines. The report is divided into sections that cover the pilot cases, a KPI matrix for each case, and a dedicated section exploring the replication potential of the pilots. Each pilot section further breaks down the KPIs into technological, environmental, economic, and social categories.
