Step4Youth Training Manual
Promoting social inclusion for young people in vulnerable situations is one of the Barça Foundation’s strategic
priorities. The methodology in this manual aims to contribute to the social inclusion of migrant and refugee youth by
developing skills directly linked to their employability and fostering a culture of global citizenship. This is done
through play, physical activity and sport in order to create a meaningful and effective learning experience.
The manual is divided into four sections:
- Context and description
- The role of the coach
- Sports sessions and employability roleplays, events and workshops
- Activity bank
