Biking Across Eastern Europe to Support Inter Campus Hungary
Saturday 22 July sees the start of the Balkan Inter Campus tour, the bike ride from Italy to Hungary in support of the Nerazzurri’s social project.
From San Siro to Budapest, travelling to three Inter Campus locations (Domanovici, Sarajevo and Budapest) where Inter will host training sessions for kids from six Inter Clubs: Piacenza, Modena, Forlì, Pesaro, Belgrade and Budapest itself. On Saturday 22 July, the Balkan Inter Campus Tour begins; the initiative was created by Inter Campus coach Juri Monzani, Inter Club member and friend to Inter Campus Enzo Benasconi, who has done a similar ride in the past, and cyclist turned activist Vincenza Lofino, who herself is a friend of Inter Campus.
The tour will take around 20 days and aims to raise money from the Nerazzurri’s social project in Hungary and the local partner association Love Is the Answer, which has, for ten years now, supported orphans and children of ethnic minorities in various locations in the capital Budapest and in the village of Szendrolad.
The entire Balkan Tour will be documented by the cyclists and the Inter Campus social media channels. If you want to donate, you can visit the dedicated Gofundme page.
