Marking 20 years of EITC’S Disability Programme

This season, Everton in the Community is celebrating the remarkable achievements of its disability programme on its 20th Anniversary year.

The charity’s disability project was the first targeted programme that Everton in the Community delivered to deal with a social issue in the local community back in 2000. The launch of the project was spearheaded by then Community Business Manager, Dave Connor who reflected on the early years of the disability programme as well as the pride he had in seeing the ground-breaking work the charity delivers today.

As part of the anniversary, Everton in the Community has encapsulated the last 20 years into one video. Hear from Dave, as well as further thoughts from EitC disability players, James Ditchfield and Phil Grace, and also from the charity’s disability manager, Steve Johnson.
