Randers FC trainee handed match ball to referee for Randers FC v Leicester City match
Last week, on the 24th of February, the UEFA Europa Conference League match between Randers FC and Leicester City took place. Rasmus Morsing Lydberg (14 yo), who works as a ‘mini-trainee’ for Randers FC, delivered the match ball for the referee.
The goal of EFDN partner UEFA Foundation for Children was to enable children with lesser opportunities to attend a European Match of their favourite club. Rasmus, who was diagnosed with Downs, was able to attend the match for free with his guardian and it looks like he had a great time at the stadium:
