Justin Coleman, Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer at Alliance of Sport in Criminal Justice, will be presenting at the 14th EFDN #Morethanfootball conference in Breda.

 

Justin is the Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer leading in the Community of practices, research development, programme design, service delivery, monitoring & evaluation. He holds extensive knowledge from over 2 decades of experience from across the entire England & Wales Criminal Justice System (CJS) from prevention, arrest, court, prison, community licence and beyond the CJS with all ages, genders and types of offences. He has supported and continues to support, many organisations & CJS’s in the UK and Internationally.

 

From Theory (of Change) to Practice, will be the topic in which Justin will be presenting, he will demonstrate how a unique Sport and Criminal Justice Sector wide Theory of Change can shape the development and delivery of best practice Sport for Development in Criminal Justice. With practical examples of how in partnerships we can ensure a Whole Person Approach that enables support for Criminal Justice Systems (stages and departments) and sport for Development to perform their part in effective journeys through the Criminal Justice System and into a sustainable Prosocial Citizen.
