Breaking The Silence partnership
Cobh Ramblers Football Club is proud to partner with charity organisation Breaking The Silence, an organization of veteran soldiers who have served in the Israeli military since the start of the Second Intifada and have taken it upon themselves to expose the Israeli public to the reality of everyday life in the Occupied Territories.
The club has engaged in a number of community initiatives including working with local Youth Organisations to allow them to be creative and help fulfil their potential. In 2020, Cobh worked with the local YMCA in creating a mural in the club grounds. The work was done by group of youths who have had issues in life, at home or in school and the club was delighted to provide a support network to allow them to maximise their creative skills.
