Fundación Getafe CF, the charity of Getafe CF was established with the objective of creating a better society by developing the Club’s Social Responsibility policies. These policies are concentrated in different dimensions of action: Society, education, environment and innovation. Without a shadow of a doubt, football and its capacity for influence is a great platform in order to develop these policies, achieving the greatest impact and social awareness.
Getafe CF is a historic and prestigious club that has always been committed to society, the challenge of the Foundation is to increase this social commitment, transmitting the values through social, cultural and sports projects and getting involved in those issues that affect society.
MISSION
Express, through its social action, the solidarity commitment of Getafe CF. Promote the values inherent to sport as its main asset to contribute to the integral education of children and youth as well as the social inclusion of the most vulnerable groups. Participate and promote solidarity action in social, cultural and environmental areas.
VISION
To be a reference as a sports entity in social commitment, the integral development of people, as well as the development of a greater commitment to environmental policies.

Main programmes
Academy: Where the club training kids from 6 years old until 15. In total, there are 600 kids. The foundation has hired psychologist, nutritionist, medical service and more to support our mission.
Getafe Genuine: A team for people with intellectual disabilities. 25 players train every week with official kits in the sports city and compete frequently.
Women and Leadership Forum: The main goal is to offer women professional skills to improve their professional careers.
