Talent is Topsport – S.B.V Excelsior
Talent is Topsport is a programme for women, led by women, who would like to achieve the next goal in the field of employment, training or personal development. Talent is Topsport offers the opportunity to attend lectures workshops and personal training, especially for women who are finding themselves far-away from the labour market.
Workshops at Talent is Topsport
Talent is Topsport is a ten weeks Excelsior course in which the participants work on their personal and professional development. ‘Talent is Topsport’ highlights various fields, such as communication, presentation, application and accounting. The training ends with a weekly sports activity focused on self-confidence, perseverance and discipline.
Coach and role models at Talent is Topsport
The workshops are led by a personal reintegration coach. After a first meeting with the coach, the personal goal(s) for the next ten weeks are being discussed to make it possible to work towards an aim.
